To lead, collaborate and engage stakeholders to participate actively in these workstream activities integrating Nature-based Solutions (NbS) into the Philippines' compliance with the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA), the following framework balances ecological priorities, community engagement, and aviation-sector requirements.

To align NbS (Nature-based Solutions) implementation with aviation decarbonization timelines, the Philippines should adopt phased goals informed by ICAO’s framework, CORSIA and regional priorities.
